Digital Product Refund Policy
Your NP Pal LLC provides downloadable digital products, including Clinical Decision Tools and other educational resources. Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are final once access to the purchased product has been provided.
Refunds
We generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products after access or download has been provided.
A refund or other appropriate resolution may be considered when:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- You were charged incorrectly due to an error on our part.
- A purchased file is corrupted, defective, or cannot be accessed and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- Another verified technical or order-processing error prevents you from receiving the product you purchased.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience an issue with your order.
Digital Downloads
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have a compatible device, software, and internet connection necessary to access downloaded materials. If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased product, please contact us so we can assist with delivery or access.

Your NP Pal products are intended for educational and informational purposes and are designed to support, not replace, independent clinical judgment, applicable laws and regulations, institutional policies, current clinical guidelines, or consultation with appropriate healthcare professionals.
